It’s already June and October is not far.  So we have to start planning if we want to give our daughter a nice birthday party.  Although we still do not have enough funds yet, we have to start now.

Anyways, I consider having my daughter’s party in Jollibee or McDonald’s.  I still have to compute if it is better off that we do it that way or just do it in our house.  I got some information on how much the party packages are.

For Jollibee, there are 4 Food packages.  I just don’t know if all the stores have the same rate.  I got this from the site.

Food Package 1: P 3,750

30 spaghetti, 30 regular fries, 30 regular softdrinks, 30 chocolate sundae

Food Package 2: P 5, 040

30 spaghetti, 30 jolly hotdog, 30 regular softdrinks, 30 choco sundae, 30 regular fries

Food Package 3: P 4,590

30 spaghetti, 30 regular yum, 30 regular softdrinks, 30 choco sundae, 30 regular fries

Food Package 4: P 5,550

30 1-pc. chicken joy, 30 spaghetti, 30 regular softdrinks, 30 regular fries

Create your own meal is also available.  You can choose the food that you want to include in your package.  But you should have a minimum food bill of P4k.

The party fee costs P1,250 with 20 game prizes, 10 crayons, 30 party balloons, 1 guest book, and 1 mascot appearance.

In case the items included in the party fee are not enough for the visitors, there are available add-ons:

game prizes-P10 each, guest book-P10, crayons-P6, balloons-P12, special lootbag-P50, premium lootbag-P80, theme favors-P7/set that includes 1 party hat, 1 tray liner, 1 invitation card, and 1 TY card; invitation cards-P1.50, name tags-P0.50, party hats-P4, tray liners-P1, TY cards-P1

Cakes available are 8 x 12 which costs P600 and 12×18 at P1,350.  Additional mascot costs P1k (I don’t know if mascots have different rates too.)

McDonald’s, on the other hand, has many themes to choose from but the rates are also different.

Ronald and the Gang or Disney Fairies costs P2,000, Disney Princess at P3k, Ben 10 at P3k, and Hannah Montana at P3k.  The set includes 30 invitation cards, 30 loot bags/name tags, 30 activity tray mats, birthday greeter banner, game prizes, character appearance, and party hosting.

So, I still have to check with my husband if we’ll avail the packages.  But according to other moms, McDonald’s is much better than Jollibee.  We’ll see.
