Baby is turning 1 year in less than 2 weeks from now.  I missed some points of development on her 10th month.

Ria on her 10th month can show affection by wanting hugs from us especially when sleeping.  She also cannot sleep without turning or rolling just to get her position.  At times, she preferred to sleep on our tummy.  She also developed saying more letters and syllables although they were still unclear.  She can also do hand gestures like bye-bye, appear, and align.  At 10 months, every morning, i will wake up seeing her smile and kissing me.

Now on her 11th month, she recognizes the concept of “family” (or was it just her jealousy?)  She wants to be there when Dann and I hug.  One time, she cried when we didn’t include her in our hug.  She also wants to sleep in between us.  So when she wakes up in the morning alone, she will crawl to the nearest parent and will try to go to sleep.

She’s now 2 feet 5 inches but her weight dropped when she got sick.  She had cough and colds that led her to use a nebulizer.  And the person who will hold the kit or will put the medicines in her mouth will be the contrabida of the day.  She shows more emotions lately like pagtatampo after her med sessions or she cries when Dann does not give her toy.  She’s also madamot if she likes the food.  She enjoys offering the food, put it to our mouth then gets the food and eat it.  So pinagtri-tripan din sya ng daddy niya.  Dann will put a food on his mouth and eat it when baby’s hands are near or he will bite whatever food baby’s holding.

She’s sweet to me lately, maybe she feels i’m stressed.  She prefers sleeping beside me.

Her hair is slightly longer than before.  I’m fond of clipping her hair and making her look like a siopao.  Itatali ko yung hair niya sa likod with different colors so iba ibang siopao sya.

She also dances to the beat or recognizes beats.  Sometimes, when we are on the passenger seat, she will stand in front of the dashboard, control the volume of the car stereo and moves her shoulders and head as if she’s dancing.  Her feet also moves when she likes the music.

She enjoys peek-a-boo and does it herself too.  She loves toys with sounds like her player and xye’s musical ABC toy.  She can also walk with only one hand holding an adult.
