So today is exactly the 14th month of my dear daughter Ria.  So how is she today?

She perfected her walking at 1 year 1 month, just days when she started to gather bravery in walking alone.  She wants to be everywhere!  Sometimes, she doesn’t want to be carried nor just staying in one area.  She practices her feet well.

She knows how to do appear, align, flying kiss, bless, bye-bye.  Mind you, even though she’s still in her pangingilala stage, whenever we say “o Ria, bless” she will do it even if she doesn’t know  that person.  Many are also amazed that she can drink in a cup.  Well, she perfected that skill before her 1st birthday.  She now holds her training cup alone but throws it afterwards (hmmmm..)

She’s so makulit.  She likes to jump on bed (and sometimes she throws herself up not minding where she will land).  One time, she jumped and didn’t know that she’s already near the wall.  When she landed, her head bumped to the wall.  Of course, she cried. 🙂

She also likes to travel.  She cries whenever she’s not coming with whoever is going.  One time, I brought her to the office with Dann, so she played and played.  Then the next Saturday, it seems that she’s really waiting for that day, she expected that she’ll be coming with me.  But then, I can’t bring her because Dann has to go to work.  She cried when we left her.

This week, there were days that I would ask Dann to fetch me somewhere.  He would bring Ria with him.  Amazingly, she’s always behave.  Yesterday, I asked Dann to fetch me at UAP.  He brought Ria with him.  And luckily, Ria was behave all the way until they reached the office!  Dann let her play with her books and toys and placed a pack of biscuit beside her.  He told me that Ria would get the pack, get a piece then put back the pack to the place Dann originally put it.  Then when she cannot get a biscuit anymore, she handed the pack to Dann.  Smart girl indeed!

She also knows what she wants.  Yesterday, Dann said that Ria was the one who picked the shoes she’ll wear.  Also, she knows her things.  Nakikipag-agawan na rin sya sa mga pinsan niya whenever they have her stuff.

She’s a fast learner.  The flying kiss thingy, she learned it in a day.  although it’s not perfect yet, at least she knows the concept. 🙂
