Ria is already a big girl. She can do a lot of things on her own. It’s been 2 years and 4 months now, she has a lot of developments and milestones. Although many of them are mostly kalokohan. 🙂
At two years and three months, she can wear shoes the right way and she’s already trained not to be on bare feet. She can also wear her shorts and underwear, although most of the time, baliktad. But then, she can still be trained to wear them properly. She’s also potty trained, namomroblema tuloy kami how to dispose her unused diapers. We’re going to train her without a diaper at night soon. 🙂 Since she was trained, she doesn’t want to pee or poop on her diaper. Laking problema pag nasa labas kami and walang CR nearby.
At two years 4 months, she’s already drinking her milk from a glass. We do not give her bottled milk anymore. Less work for us! 🙂 But it takes her like forever to finish her milk. It’s ok, at least she’s already weaned. She also knows how to ride a bicycle. We promised her that we’d buy her a bike once she knows how to ride one. But we changed the arrangement. She has to have good grades first para sure na matagal pa kmi bibili ng bike (haha). She’ll start going to school in 2014 pa, so dun ung start if we’ll buy her a bike 🙂
She also has a lot of kalokohan today. Like one time, Dann and Ria were counting in english and tagalog. Dann told her to count until ten because she stopped at three. She said “ten..o ten na”..haha..so early for pilosopong bata. What more if she’s already in pre-school..shush,,we’ll brace ourselves. Baka lagi kaming pinapatawag ng teacher. By the way, she can count in english and tagalog until ten (and sampu–or tampu when Ria counts) 🙂
May sense na rin syang kausapin. Ang sarap na niyang kausap today. She’ll tell you a lot of things. Na-aamaze din ako sa developments niya pero I guess kids nowadays are fast learners. Aba, e ngayon marunong na siya mag-youtube. Kaya ngayon, we limit her iPod time. Last night, hindi ko sya pinayagan mag-iPod. Nagbasa kami ng book at nanood ng blue’s clues. Naaadik na sa gadgets eh. And I don’t want her to be like the other kids who don’t play physical games anymore.
Our baby girl is already a big girl. At manang mana sa kin sa pag-akyat kung saan saan. Now I know what my parents felt when I was a kid! Sakit sa ulo! hehe
