In 2010, I decided to create a new blog focusing on my life being a mother, wife and full-time employee. I just gave birth to my first child at that time (well, probably few months after).
I was asked, what if I’ll have another child? But I said to myself, well, I only want to have one child (at that moment). Four years later, I gave birth to my second child and this time, I cannot change my blog URL.
On my first child, it was mere gut feel. We have not read anything about parenthood and such. I tried to breastfeed my first, but we only lasted for one-month exclusive breastfeeding, mixed feeding for 4 months, and formula feeding 5 months onwards.
On my second child, I was more informed. I already knew the do’s and don’ts of breastfeeding. I discovered cloth diapering, babywearing, and co-sleeping. I successfully breastfed my second until he self-weaned at 3 years old.
And now, after 4 years, I am carrying my third child. It may not be a smooth pregnancy because of my nausea and vomiting but I am praying to God to spare me from pre-eclampsia this time, which I experienced for all my pregnancies.
I was hoping to have a VBA2C, but because of my pregnancy complications during my first two, that dream is not possible anymore (or just I thought?)
And so, since we are consistent, discovering the pregnancies are all with different weird reasons. For my first, I took the test not because I was delayed but because I just thought to test before drinking alcohol. Then boom, it was positive. For my second, I had a flu that time and the doctor asked me to take the PT first before giving me antibiotics. Then, we were shocked it was positive. And this time, I took the test after a colleague joked about me being pregnant since I was nauseous that day. And yes, it was possible again.

We tried to have an ultrasound the next day but was not successful because of the schedule, so I just took a blood serum test.

And finally, we were able to get an ultrasound since I need to get a clearance before going to Baguio. I was 5 weeks here.

See you in 2019! 🙂
