Aeda is our fourth child and a rainbow baby. Our supposedly third child is already in heaven with God, making them happy up there. She is exclusively breastfed since Day 1 and uses cloth diapers as our way of helping conserve Mother Earth.

She was incubated when she was born due to tachypnea, an abnormal breathing rate due to greater than normal respiration rate. To know her birth story, you can go to this link.
Today, Aeda can sit unsupported for few minutes, says “Mama” whenever she is frustrated or looking for me, laughs so hard with her siblings, grabs whatever near her and puts everything inside her mouth. She is also starting to teeth, the greatest fear of every breastfeeding mother. 😀
We chose October 2 as her baptismal date because it is the day to honor the Guardian Angels.

We also devoted ourselves to the Infant Jesus of Prague because we prayed to Him when Aeda was in the intensive care unit.

Thank you for celebrating with us, even virtually!

Joy, Dann and Aeda with Ate Ria and Kuya JJ
